This particular open gym session comes crashing down with bad news. After the open gym session is ceased, Assistant Coach Bobby Howard comes into the gym and tells the team that Mick Durham has resigned as head coach and will be taking another head coaching job at Montana State Billings. After a month the team also finds out that Coach Howard will also be joining Durham at MSUB. There is still no word yet on who the new head coach will be.
