The event, held every spring, is free and open to the public and includes positions for directors, writers, and actors to read on stage.
Acting auditions are open to everyone, regardless of experience.
This year’s event, held one Saturday in February, at the Salisbury theatre, showcased Real by Emily Ross, Undeclared Plastics by Michael Shaeffer, Love Letter in a Locker Room by Sam Thompson, and Frappuccinos and Elixirs by Eugene Cole.

Famous for Fifteen was “incredibly helpful,’ said playwright Eugene Cole, who found it very useful listening to actors reading his lines. “Because then I can hear what is incorrect and what is passible in terms of being understood by everyone, and not just me and the actors.’
“Anyone who wants to dabble in theatre or writing a play,’ he said, should “give it a try!’.
